在板上消失了好幾個月,一個主因是因為冬天到了,我又開始進入連續生病模式
一個感冒可以持續好幾週,一直吃藥每天幾乎都昏沉沉的
病好了沒多久又發燒,整個人攤軟的像一團爛肉一樣
又因為天冷又下雨,不敢出去運動,所以健身減肥的事就擱一邊
肉...也回來了一些 (不敢量體重~_~)
不過現實如此,得想個辦法面對,今年的目標第一是顧身體,第二才是顧身材
回覆運動的我,過一陣子再PO體重體脂狀況吧
現在量一定很可怕,還是不要急於打擊自己好了 :P
