土城運動中心二或四晚上 - 健身

主要是因為原本健身房到期了,
昨天第一次去那邊,發現啞鈴最重只有20公斤,我平常自己練單手都拿40公斤左右在練臥
推,
看來土城運動中心只能用槓鈴練,但槓鈴沒人補我實在不敢做最大重量,所以上來徵人一
起練,可以互相幫補。
至於深蹲這邊是史密斯,硬舉不需要補(我也不知道怎麼補),所以可能我們只會有機會一
起練胸與背。
我以前有跟女生一起練的經驗,所以女生也可以。
可以先加line討論時間,大約是晚上七八點左右,謝謝
