從低升糖指數的食物攝取碳水化合物還有一個好處,
就是這些食物可以在一段較長的時間內持續供應身體能量,
因為他們所含的葡萄糖分子可以慢慢的釋出。
再者,維持血糖在中等的濃度,可以鼓勵身體繼續燃燒脂肪,
提供能量。如13.3節所討論的,每公克的脂肪

吃一堆白飯也可以變肌肉嗎???
