在家可基礎訓練的影片推薦 - 健身

不好意思,想要跟各位版友們請教,
因為住在比較偏僻的地方,附近都沒有健身房,
所以只能在家裡或是租屋的地方做訓練(練壯),
主要目標是:
1. 不用很強烈,慢慢訓練就好,所以強度不用太高
2. 可以在家做的,有一些器材可接受,但太專業器材可能之後再嘗試
我知道想要練壯可能強度很重要(當然還有搭配飲食及睡眠)
但是因為自己沒有限定多久之內就要有成效,也想先慢慢培養習慣,
所以才會想說,強度適中就可,
現在只有一個瑜珈墊和彈力繩XD
想問問版友有沒有推薦的「菜單」及 可以看著學的「影片」?
