在家用啞鈴練的問題 - 健身

看到網路上有人說啞鈴可以練90%的肌肉?
是這樣嗎?
目前想到的是背部和大腿側邊(夾.開)比較難練
家裡已經有一組30磅的短槓(槓*2 可是槓片只有25)

二頭三頭三角肌是夠用
可是胸部就太輕了
請問大台北哪邊買比較便宜?
不喜歡在網路上買(價錢會差很多嗎?)
有必要買長槓嗎?
我沒練過深蹲跟硬舉
可以用2短槓代替嗎?
