第一次接觸機械式的健身器材
基於好奇心想每個都試看看
膝屈曲20kg 12rm/3set
膝伸直20kg. 12rm/3set
腿部推蹬54kg 12rm/6set
做完之後有做伸展去收操
目前過了36小時左右
但現在屁股微笑曲線下方有酸痛感
大腿外側也有緊繃的感覺
這可能是有受傷嗎還是這是正常現象
