話說我終於脫離某蔬菜爛爛器材投入健工懷抱了
在此小妹想徵求重訓夥伴
不才小妹對於未來夥伴有幾個小小的要求
1.有重訓一年以上基礎(不是我不想帶新手.畢竟在別人的地盤還是不要太有搶生意的舉動
)
2.身高175以下(本人只有153.身高差距太大如果要幫補有點困難啊)
3.男女不拘.但男性佳.如果女生重訓強度足夠也可以
3-1. 程度相等. 目前強度深蹲70kg 8-10RM . 臥推單手啞鈴50p 10RM . 硬舉80kg 10-1
5下左右
4.雖然一直以來都以肌肥大為主. 但最近有點想朝健力發展. 所以也希望對方也差不多練
法
5.可以固定的是平日早上八點或下午1-4點(因為有課所以這時間無法固定)
我總不能一直要求對方 所以個人可以提供訓練相關知識或飲食建議
烹飪方面也可以互相交流~~

希望可以找到一起訓練的夥伴啊!! 自己練總是有點孤單....霸脫
