各位巨巨大家好,
我曾經短暫重訓過一年,但都是靠自己查資料或問朋友摸索等等
後來因故停了約一年半,這段時間從62kg暴肥到72、體脂也從17升到30...(我173cm)
最近重回健身房,發現肌力退步很多(影片裡也才舉30公斤而已)
第一次錄影,也是第一次PO文,希望大家可以給我的一點指教,謝謝
我自己是覺得影片裡看起來似乎都在操大腿前側和膝蓋...?
20kg 12下(沒錄影)
