我當然知道
看我以前文章還有推文就知道我是百分之百贊成
但是前題是你的練法是建立在正確的動作之上
你這樣回 就好像說深蹲要駝背 這是你的練法 (謎之音:我的股四頭有出力喔^_^)
噓你沒別的意思 紅色比較顯眼怕有人看到你的圖真的用這招練
今天你回文的東西
如果真的有人去試了
然後練到受傷 誰來負責
這個角度下去 重量就是會落在肘關節上面 我肘關節沒受傷過都覺得很不舒服了
更不用說受過傷的人嘗試這個動作
