在家運動地板問題 - 健身

fitness首po 請多指教
最近在版上爬了一下資料並且打算在家看insanity DVD運動
這個禮拜按課表跳完 發現最大的問題不是運動本身
而是目前租屋地方是磁磚地 一開始跳選還沒流汗還好
但大家都知道跳insanity猛流汗是必然 於是就陷入
流汗-->地溼-->差點跌死-->想辦法弄乾-->再跳已經cold down
的冏循環 當然有嚐試珈瑜墊和巧拼 不過都是失敗告終
而且還是穿膠底防滑運動鞋的情況下 真的很想認真跳完但是真的是滿大的罩門
所以上來po這笨問題請教大家 有沒有什麼建議可以克服
我真的想「完整」的跳完它啊
