關於肚子的變化 - 健身

小弟我規律的開始運動已經一個月的
吃的方面遵照至底文
運動是每天早起跑5K左右 加上收操大概50分鐘
不過身體的變化開始讓小弟我產生疑問= =
體重不變(跟至底文無誤)的情況下
肚子從原來的集中托高式的大法(有點硬的大肚= =)
變成鬆散而且有點往下垂的水滴肚
肚子也沒有說變大 但是也沒有縮小就是了
請問版上大哥大姐 這樣算是正常的情況嗎??
