忙了一個禮拜多 昨天終於有時間可以去打打桌球>>非歡樂版
結束後也大約兩個小時了
回到家上了ptt看了些版上的文章 好吧 乖乖去踏踏健身車
踩了二十分鐘又覺的無趣 十個伏地挺身再騎三分鐘……好像也不到三個遁環
再看個肚子 最後以二十個仰臥起坐收尾 這樣的運動量效果非常顯著!!
什麼效果??肚子抽筋== ==
雖然是在家 還是乖乖多穿幾件衣褲保溫>>>我短褲一只
雖然減肥 但還是乖乖買個香蕉、沖泡熱飲在家stand by>>>我…找不到東西吃
