這是一篇有點長的今日歷劫歸來記...?!
沒耐心的就直接去健身 不要花時間看了 XXD
早上起床看天氣不錯
只是陰天但沒有下雨
就高高興興拎著慢跑鞋去健身房
我的習慣是 每次跑五至六千
速度大概都維持8.5~9 km/hr
通常大約四十分鐘內就能輕鬆愉快解決
而認真的我 (雞講的 XXD 但這次是我的救命關鍵)
每次去健身房都會帶著一本書 或一份講義去念
(有時候我是踩飛輪啦 大概都會踩個16~17km
45~50 mins的時間
一直坐在那看電視聽德國人嘰哩瓜啦 有時候會讓我心煩氣躁
所以就養成去健身房一定會帶東西去念的習慣)
今天也不例外 拿了一份強動詞變化講義來複習
很愜意跑了一千後
旁邊突然出現一個阿伯 簡稱狐伯 XXD
原先我不以為意
直到狐伯以驚人的態勢短時間強力衝刺一小段時間後
此人濃厚體味彷彿熟透西瓜 瞬間迸發炸裂開來 冏rz...
我倒吸一口氣 心想完了~~~今天至少要跑完五千
按照這種狀況我還要跟狐伯相伴大概三十來分鐘
正當我腦筋逐漸因閉氣缺氧一片混亂時
狐伯又開始第二波快速衝刺 (怎麼覺得有點西斯 XXD)
然後他做出讓我有點傻眼的動作
狐伯張開如同飛鼠般的雙臂 以恣意徜徉天地間之姿
邊跑邊噓噓的大聲喘著氣 XXD
狐伯可能此時此刻正歡愉的幻想要衝破馬拉松冠軍賽吧
但那股無法以筆墨形容的男人味 瞬間從他濃密森林的每個毛細孔竄出
我真的快暈了@______@
於是我開始進行此生到目前最艱困的慢跑
把我的講義對折之後開始朝另外有新鮮空氣的方向往我鼻子搧
乍看彷彿完美的散熱動作 實則為對抗狐力努力的作戰著
在整個慢跑時我的呼吸 頻率變得非常快而淺
我根本不敢深吸氣 很怕一不小心受狐力影響而嗆到
所以大約三千五之後我開始感到很缺氧 很痛苦
就像一隻被惡水包圍的螞蟻 一點辦法也沒有 Q__Q
一不做 二不休 長痛不如短痛
我第一次把速度一口氣提升到10 KM
然後閉上眼睛 拚命的衝~~~~~~衝~~~~~
心裡想著 空氣多麼清新 世界多麼美麗
手仍不停的搧著 因為每當我的手稍一懈怠停下來
狐力就開始毫不留情的攻擊...
好不容易撐著跑完五千時
馬上按了COOL DOWN做收身準備
不過當我瞥見狐伯又擺出第N發鐵達尼號(我是世界之王)的態勢
顧不得COOL DOWN完全
我掉頭就走
走不到重訓房半路還腿軟了 Orz
最後連舉啞鈴 今天也被我舉得亂七八糟
人果然是要在刺激下才會成長
讓我今天挑戰了一下下極限
平常跑心跳都是165 今天185 (心臟都要跳出來了吧XXD)
35分鐘之內解決 感謝狐伯 感謝有你
