請教各位先進
假設有一個男生 22歲 身高175cm 體重107kg 體指率19%
骨頭質量同一般人,也沒有水腫
但是
計算起來,他的BMI到了35
也就是到了BMI標準所稱的「重度肥胖」程度
那麼,這個人的體型,推測起來,大概是怎麼樣的?
再者,這樣究竟算不算健康?
目前我的想法是,雖然他的體指率正常,但BMI如果到了35
這種體重,仍會對心臟造過大的負荷 仍是不健康的
