所謂乳清,不就是低脂牛奶嗎?而酪蛋白就是奶酪/起司?
實驗證明,熱水真的能溶解陳年油脂,
只要將該物用熱水浸泡個幾分鐘,再用洗碗精之類的潤滑就能乾乾淨淨的。
人體應該也是一樣吧,只要喝個熱水(不用很燙),過幾分鐘後再運動,應該能有效消除
脂肪,並清除膽固醇。
雖然目前還沒發明出可以吃的肥皂,但可以用其他的東西取代,像是茶葉,仙楂或薑等等
的。
