地瓜和大燕麥片的小疑問 - 減肥

潛水兩三個月了
最近減肥也減出一些心得了
感謝fitness版給我提供許多寶貴的資訊
前面是小心得
後面是問題(可直接end)
1一開始是靠節食但不運動
體重降蠻快的
平均三天就降一公斤
可是通常維持不到一兩星期就會想大吃
最近靠正確的飲食(雖然吃甚麼都要算熱量有時蠻累人的)
主要加上運動
從55.6→52.9
體脂27→23
2不過和很多人的困擾一樣
小腿仍是非常肥大
但我也努力相信這和慢跑絕對無關的> <
雖然慢跑後大腿細很多
但小腿真的很頑強(以前參加校隊練習完都沒有好好拉筋 也沒人告訴我拉筋的重要性)
小腿是慢跑前本來就很粗了
到現在小腿根大腿一樣粗了甚至有超過一點的趨勢
不過我還是努力慢跑啦

我最近的早餐是水果 + 地瓜/桂X大燕麥片
1我的地瓜是用烤的
烤完重量都會縮水很多
秤重時到底要用烤前的重量還是烤後的重量
因為烤的時候會散失許多水分
那照理說熱量應該一樣吧(畢竟少掉的重量也是水份?!)
如果用烤後的重量我就可以吃比較多條:-P
p.s.烤完的地瓜我冰冰箱再拿出來吃
口感上還是蠻濕潤的耶(水份不是都被烤掉了嗎)
好像蜜地瓜超好吃的
2我很在意排便這件事
地瓜和大燕麥片好像都是不錯的選擇
可是麥片37.5g/133cal
地瓜100g /124cal
怎麼看都是吃地瓜比較划算阿(比較飽)
不知道大家是怎麼選擇的
