基礎代謝率: 1437
以上數據皆是5/18在康士美量的,基代部分不知道是否為歡樂表= =
三餐內容(熱量估算易受餐飲的原物料、份量、製程手法影響,請儘可能量化並描述)
早餐:二片(全麥or一般)吐司 + (少油煎荷包蛋or水煮蛋) + 大量生菜
弄一弄整個吐司大概會有10公分那麼高 (偶爾會稍微塗一層花生醬在一面吐司上)
午餐:燙青菜一個便當盒的量 + 二顆豬肉貢丸 + 一顆虱目魚丸
或是沒有丸子的時候會直接燙個豬肉片,份量加一加大概如圖

晚餐:1.如同午餐
2. subway一個
3.7-11飯團 + 燕麥奶 一瓶 (39元套餐那種)
4.餐後水果大概一個馬克杯的量 (芭樂/蘋果/葡萄)擇一或搭配
其他:因為之前生理期不是很順,有吃中藥調,目前順多了
但醫生把脈覺得腸胃方面和婦科方面再多調一陣子
所以用餐前30分鐘或用餐後1個半小時會吃一小包中藥
日常作息時間:7點半起床,12點吃午餐,晚上6點到8點運動,
9點多快10點吃晚餐= =,12點睡覺
生活型態:上班族 (坐著辦公那一種)
運動習慣:(有氧運動請「務必」寫明心跳數、時間長短)
(一週至少運動5天,基本上是排三、日休息,有時候會有調整)
之前7x公斤的時候,一開始運動是先試著跑步
但因為是新手,加上體重較重,一跑步就膝蓋整個像快要炸開了似的
於是乎先騎了一陣子的x-bike當有氧。(心跳135up , 90分鐘)
後來有加入便宜的健身房使用交叉訓練機 (心跳140,60分鐘)
但用了一陣子姿勢不對,所以足底筋膜炎= =,
目前是在WG的健身房,因為還是持續有足底筋膜炎,
(加上有一開始跑步的陰影+ 扁平足+ 跑步小腿前側會超痛...等藉口)
所以是去上飛輪課一堂50分鐘(心跳就不曉得了,但應該有130以上)
,上完課會拉筋至少10分鐘。
偶爾三、六會加上泡個三溫暖,或拿浮板在游泳池亂游一通

重訓部份,自從加入WG之後,有開始加入重訓,會在踩飛輪前
做個大概30分鐘的重訓,做的機器如下:
1. 背部向後仰的...背部伸展機
2. 大腿向內夾 和大腿向外展 的 機器
3. 趴著,有一個桿子在小腿上面,然後把桿子往上撐的機器
4. 手先平行伸直, || <-這是手 ,然後向外張開 -●-
● <-這是頭
的機器。
5. 用胸部壓著一塊墊子,手握著前面,然後用肚子的力量往下壓
6. 手握著上面的桿子,然後肚子縮緊往下壓的一台
(慘了,我完全不知道這些機器的名字= =,這樣天花亂墜的形容
真是容易害大家看不懂)
這幾台是固定會做的機器,重量大概都在第二格(9KG~15KG的區間內)
若狀況好,有時候覺得太輕會加上旁邊2.3公斤的小槓片一個
一次會做2~2.5組,一組10下(看身體狀況),只有背部向後仰的那台我會做比較
重,可以做到40KG,(因為我覺得好舒服啊= =)
做完重訓會休息個10~15分鐘,然後再去上瘋狂飛輪課
我的問題:(請將您主要的疑問陳述於此)
1. 午餐跟晚餐的量是不是要再調整?

2. 重訓的組數跟重量會太少嗎?
3. 好像真的有加重訓有差,加入WG之後,雖然業務很煩,一直叫我花錢上教練課
可是我沒理他,自已稍微亂練之後,體重從4月初的69,降到現在的67
4. 因為5點下班,就直奔健身房,整理一下,加上暖身,差不多是6點開始重訓
7點上飛輪課,上完8點,沖一下澡再回家(或有時回家再洗澡)
整理完後+ 煮晚餐... 所以吃晚餐的時間都9點半快要10點了

這樣是不是會太晚?

5. 運動前會吃大概半條士力架巧克力 ( 是不是改成吃香蕉比較好?)

餐間真的很餓的話,會吃一個小蘋果止飢
6. 有時候狀況不曉得怎樣,上飛輪一下子,就覺得頭會痛
如果停下來,緩和一下就不那麼痛?
7. 連飛輪老師也跟我說,跑步對減脂比較有效率,害我很想拖著我的
爛腳,硬去跑跑看?

一個月大概會有1~2次的晚餐是在夜市,或鹽酥雞,或小火鍋
或更猛一點的老四川 或正常的炸排骨便當 讓我舒緩嘴巴癢的。
減肥到現在跌跌撞撞,停停走走也有半年多了,看到板上這麼多人都這麼認真的
在運動,也覺得自已不可以懈怠,而且很欣賞蘭小姐的減肥心得,希望以她為榜樣
