坐和躺著可以強化腳的方法 - 健身

自己膝蓋扭傷一年半了,除了剛開始的治療以外沒做甚復健
現在輕微的跳躍和小跑步都可做,不過想要做馬步那些來強
化腳的肌肉就有點勉強。不知道有沒躺著或坐著可以練四頭
肌或膝蓋附近肌肉的方法?
自己是有時候做躺著把整隻腳抬起來的動作,四頭肌燒得很
厲害。
