最近在看 [四周練出一身肌] 這本書
有提到外旋動作對於肩膀非常重要,
不過啞鈴重量只能用到6kg,跟仰臥推舉用15kg差很多
雖然用到的肌肉不同,但重量差距有點大,
想請問這是不是正常狀況?還是我肩膀太無力了?
