各位巨巨好
請問平均一天坐八小時以上的上班族
其實是很不健康的生活
長期下來勢必有一些肌肉過緊或過鬆吧?
除了一般重訓以外
平常回家可以做哪些簡單運動和伸展
來維持肌力和柔軟度呢?
我只知道如果坐姿不良的話
很容易斜頸,骨盆前傾或後傾
但在做事的時候實在很難隨時盯住自己姿勢阿~
