基礎代謝率很低 - 健身

原PO是女生,以下數據是用學校的體脂計量的
身高166 cm
體重52.0 kg
BMI 18.8
體脂19.5%
基礎代謝率1250 kcal
平常的運動習慣是每周慢跑5k(26~27min)兩次、有氧舞蹈90min、瑜珈90min,
沒有刻意節食,
自己覺得運動量OK,但基礎代謝率始終不到1300kcal阿,
請問這樣算正常嗎?
體育老師的說法是身體已經習慣這樣的運動量了,
因為沒有更多的時間運動了但想提高基代,
老師的建議是增強運動的強度,比如說跑更快一點,
請問還有其他方法嗎?
