Hi 各位巨巨 我最近在自己練習硬舉跟深蹲 大概拿30公斤而已
不過自己有發現兩件事情有點疑惑
1. 我發現我會墊腳,就是後腳跟會浮起來 這應該不好吧?
2. 我深蹲的時候會有往前傾的感覺...
我是不是先拿更輕的矯正好姿勢再去做阿?
