從接觸FITNESS板開始知道要做有氧運動
每個禮拜都去慢跑四天 一次30分鐘
從最一開始只能跑3500左右
到今天快一個月已經可以跑到約6000
今天30分鐘跑完6000也沒覺得非常累
請問這樣我是要把時間拉長呢?
還是一樣跑30分鐘強度再增加
