三餐內容
目前因為是研究生,用餐時間大概介於9:30~11:00因此如果較為早起,則只吃早餐
如果較為晚起則只吃午餐
早餐:(新菜單)
蔬菜蛋土司+立頓紅茶(400mL)
或
草苺厚片1塊+巧克力土司+立頓紅茶(400mL)
或
玉米蛋餅+巧克力厚片+立頓紅茶(400mL)
午餐:(新菜單)
小籠包1籠7顆+立頓紅茶(400mL)
或
蛋包飯+立頓紅茶(400mL)
或
水餃10顆+立頓紅茶
晚餐:
小碗飯+青菜2份,家裡有魚則吃1/4條魚,有肉則少量
若外食選湯類(像鴨肉羹之類)+小點心(豆花類)
其他:
無宵夜習慣、除了早餐/午餐有喝紅茶外,其他時間皆飲用白開水
日常作息時間:白天大概9:00~9:30起床;10:00~10:30左右到學校(早午餐在此時間吃)
中午視情況午睡1小時(14:00~16:00間)
19:15~19:35晚餐時間(大概吃飯我只吃15分鐘);20:00回研究室到23:40回家
每日大約在0:15~1:00就寢
生活型態:研究生
運動習慣:
運動時間:17:00~19:00中會給自已1小時~1.5小時到學校操場慢跑(大約能跑3500m~4000m
,其餘用走的)
我的問題:
我從5月中開始減重大作戰;5月10號到醫院探病,看到有體重計就站上去..體重...78?!
我還以為體重計壞掉,再站一次才接受了這殘酷的事實,接下來就開始了減重大作戰
目前(7月初)體重成功降下來了,但目前的體重其實跟六月底(20號)差不多;目前是
一星期量一次;好像進入瓶頸期;想請問我的用餐或生活習慣有需要調整的嗎?
