跑了半年的跑步機之後,最近開始路跑...用了一套micoach的軟體搭配HTC的手機來看跑速,
跑了兩次8km心得
1. 路跑的7km/hr跟跑步機的8.5km/hr跑起來感覺很像,心跳錶掛了所以只能用感覺,
所以前輩說跑步機比較輕鬆是真的,尤其跑速拉到9km/Hr的時候,感覺真的跟跑步機
11km/hr差不多...
2. 初期練跑建議可以用跑步機練心肺,因為可以逼著把跑速拉上去可是腿不至於太累,
路跑就有點難,累的時候想拉跑速也拉不上去..
