大家好,第一次在貴版po文
想要請教一個問題
之前有在打排球
本來攔網的時候可以整隻前臂在網上,現在只能勉強ㄍ一ㄥ住一個手掌
因為時間關係可能沒有辦法常去健身房
之後想要打社會球隊,所以想要維持住跳躍高度
個人打的是舉球,技術防守都還ok,就是攔網高度退化許多一整個老人球......
想要請教大家有沒有不太需要健身器材進行的運動
因為爬文比較建議是做蹲舉,但是想要請問的是有沒有可以利用自身體重的訓練???
