一直以來都有維持運動習慣
每天半小時至一小時的鄭多燕或瑜珈
這兩週因為鄭多燕已經跳的有點無感了
改跳比較難的 taebo的拳擊有氧
跳了兩週
雖然感覺運動量更大 作起來更暢快
但竟然也在短短兩週重了兩公斤
肌肉也變鬆軟了@@
好傻眼阿怎麼會這樣呢
太奇怪了讓我百思不得其解
有人可以為我解惑嗎
