增加體脂不發胖 - 健身

恩不好意思,這個問題可能有點奇怪>"<
但我也不知道怎麼問比較好
原po是女生,BMI約18,
但體脂只有8點多...
我的BMI與體脂的變化歷程大概是這樣
2010.03 BMI約20.7,體脂大概16,
2010.09 BMI約19.4 體脂大概13,
2011.03 BMI約18 體脂大概9
從不算瘦的時候我的體脂就不高,
一直到現在比較瘦,體脂也在掉...
奇怪的是,我沒有特別激烈運動!
以前偶爾會打打羽球、游泳,
但已經將近四、五個月沒有游泳了,
我游泳大概都是一週一到兩次,30-40分鐘約1000-1300m,
沒有游泳時(冬天太冷)只有偶爾踩踩x-bike,
(真的是偶爾orz)
大概是踩30-60分鐘,轉速4,里程10-20km,
平常蠻喜歡走路的。真的很不激烈吧>"<
飲食部份,因為個人口味關係,不喜歡吃炸的、油膩的,
通常都吃麵、麵包(喜歡德式、法式無糖無油多穀物類),
超愛吃青菜、水果(真的,我吃青菜、水果的胃是可怕的)
肉類可有可無,喜歡海鮮。
量體脂是用家裏的電子體重計,應該沒有錯,因為呈現出高度的一致性,
(一段期間內的體脂沒什麼變化)
他通常都是先顯示體重,然後FAT然後水(應該沒搞錯)
家裡人量也沒有說有問題。
但我深深感覺這樣好像不太行囧
但並不想增胖,而是想增加體脂...orz
請問大家有什麼建議嗎?
