我46公斤,體脂23,156公分,因為壓力跟失眠,讓子宮長囊腫,醫師建議可以透過運動
增強免疫力,改善囊腫跟容易失眠的體質
剛開始一週運動五天,維持一個月半,因為研究出國、搬家、換工作,就感冒,藥的副作
用會讓我一直出血、腹痛、頭痛還有情緒低落跟變胖
這些都變成一個炸彈,讓我只想躺在床上,不想運動,覺得出血很煩,頭痛很煩,但要讓
病好,必須有開心的心情,跟適當的體力和免疫力
有試過瑜珈,但因為出血,很多姿勢做了不舒服
請問大家一週大概運動幾天,一次多久,強度多大,不會讓身體太累,又可以適當增強免
疫力,知道每個人都不一樣,只是希望知道大家的經驗而已
