最近想嘗試16/8
目前170/體重是身高-70
這個方法也是說
我在八點吃早餐(御飯糰 豆漿)
十二點吃午餐 (便當類
下午四點後完全不要進食
直到隔天八點嗎?
目前還沒嘗試過
想問如果斷食期間餓了
可以吃或喝什麼嗎
還是只能喝白開水
另外以我的體況用這個方法
需要注意什麼嗎
