間歇性斷食結果變節食無法恢復正常食量 - 健身

從七月底開始嘗試5/2斷食兩星期
驚訝的發現沒有想像中的餓和痛苦
而且食量慢慢變小
後來就變成每天只吃晚餐
到今天為止,已經瘦了3公斤
(每星期通常只有一到兩次的徒手肌力訓練)
但是現在發現了一個問題
就是我食量變太小了,不知道正不正常?
我現在每天只吃晚餐,而且不容易吃到基代
每天可能就只有吃晚餐一個便當,或者一碗麵+燙青菜
而且這樣的量還無法一口氣吃完,吃到一半就開始飽了
我要吃一下休息一下再繼續吃,才能吃完一餐= =
(不過我有時會偷喝飲料......)
我有嘗試過恢復正常三餐
但是早餐和午餐時間時,真的沒什麼食慾
午餐只是小碗雞肉飯+荷包蛋,就可以讓我感到超飽了
甚至午餐只是喝幾飲料,吃幾粒珍珠,食慾就感到滿足,不想吃了
我這樣算節食嗎?
之前上網看到,間歇性斷食大部分都要求要吃到基代
不過也是有人說不用硬要吃到基代,隨身體想吃多少
哪個比較正確?
另外,想問一下,雖有爬文過,不過還是不太明白
間歇性斷食是可以一輩子實行的飲食嗎?
我可以一輩子從此每周都52斷食,或每天168斷食嗎?
