增肌期,碳水比例很高,高血糖,整個癡呆狀態
然後訓練量也拉高,幾乎都訓掉大概80-90%的體力
到底是要怎麼上班XDDD
我也知道要降低訓練強度留點體力上班,但一握槓鈴啞鈴就是想要操爆0.0a
