健身當然可以喝酒
但是要適量
這個大家都知道
但是喝酒只喝一點真的很無聊
而且喝酒之後自制力會變很弱
就很容易喝更多
所以我比較好奇的是
如果每週只喝一天酒
也不是挑在訓練天
但是那一天會喝掛!
就是完全喝到pass out
然後喝掛的隔天休息一天什麼都不做
休息完的隔天再去訓練
這樣會影響訓練成效嗎?
會影響增肌嗎?
