例一(置底的例子):
某男體重一百公斤、體脂率30%,假設他希望把體脂降到15%
100kg*30%=30kg, 所以我們知道他身上有30公斤脂肪,另外70公斤
是肌肉、骨頭、跟水,那70除以85%=82.35, 100-82.35=17.65,
我們知道他必須將體重降到82.35,並減掉17.65公斤的脂肪,才能夠
達到15%的體脂率,
我的問題:如何知道減掉的每1公斤裡面,減少了多少的脂肪or脂肪以外的東西?
那70除以85%=82.35
(這邊讓我疑惑why 15%不是14 or 16,在無法知道每公斤減到哪種東西的前提)
方法一
我說極端一點好了,此男可以每天重量訓練,增加肌肉100KG(我知道一定不可能)
體重170kg的肌肉骨頭和水 30kg的脂肪 那這樣體脂也是15%
方法二
有氧都只有減少脂肪,沒有少到其他的東西(我知道絕對不可能)
因此他的體脂肪只要變成12公斤 12/(12+70) 也大約是15%體脂肪
這兩個方法只是要詢問到底少掉的重量如何知道比例
