增肌的速度 - 健身

請問一下各位高手巨巨,這個增肌速度是正常還是太慢呢?
平常訓練是以3項為主再加上一些健美的動作當輔助訓練,但手臂跟軀幹的肉量居然都沒有提升,增加的1.6kg肌肉看起來都在臀腿,雖然我想把腳練粗,但手臂完全都沒有長進挺另人沮喪的……
請問一下巨巨們,只練三項,二三頭沒有單獨練的話是不是對肌肉成長比較沒有明顯效果?之前有教練跟我說過其實二三頭不用刻意練,練其他動作都會訓練到它,但為何我的數據上看起來手臂完全沒有成長……
