增肥遇到身體不適的小瓶頸 - 健身

各位板友好
小弟增肥以來已經有6天了
也很順利的從53kg增加到58kg(172cm)
很感謝beachmuscle版提供了許多寶貴的知識
但現在陸續發現身體有些不適
以下是小弟的情況
每隔三小時肚子餓-->吃飽-->胃脹-->每隔三小時肚子餓-->吃飽-->胃脹
小弟這幾天就在胃脹和肚子餓之間循環
對此感到相當困擾
不曉得各位板友在增胖的時候是否也會有這樣的情形??
我的飲食:
早7:00 (兩個水煮蛋,兩個白包子,一杯牛奶)
早10:00(美祿一杯)
午12:00(便當一個,柳丁一顆)
午3:00 (燕麥一碗50g加美祿,香蕉兩根)
晚6:00 (白飯兩碗,雞胸肉100g,柳丁一顆)
晚9:00 (燕麥一碗50g加美祿)
