增重又減脂? - 健身

小弟因為某原因從半個月前決定要健身
自己太瘦了感覺不健康(169cm 50kg)
最近透過喝牛奶吃蛋多吃肉增重
前幾天檢查終於到54.9kg了
訓練範圍就是舉啞鈴 捲腹 伏地挺身
有氧運動每天跑3.6km
不過感覺腹肌已經練到有點硬了
線條的感覺還是出不來
增重之餘肚子好像也養大了.....
請問有沒有什麼方法能夠增重又消脂?
另外問 我做捲腹每次都感覺做不好
常常會沒有疲勞的感覺
這運動是高強度的嗎?
每次都覺得自己可以做很多下
是不是自己做錯了?
肚子是向內出力還是向外出力啊?
