小弟前幾天練深蹲,似乎受傷了。
今天去看骨科,醫生表示骨頭沒問題,
是膝蓋韌帶還肌腱啥的受傷。說不用吃藥並表示休息也不會好,要做復健。
Wtf 這..叫ㄧ個三十歲的壯年做復健?有事嗎....心情整個down 到谷底!
這啥傷啊...還有休息不會好的...
目前膝蓋無腫,僅彎曲約90度出力會痛..ex:從椅子站起來。
1.健身約5個月+24堂教練課!
2.受傷是自己訓練,無教練帶
3.體重60,蹲空槓+20kg槓片
