每天早會是例行公事
就是固定要坐在辦公室
圍一圈聽簡報
其實這是總公司的規定 但每個單位不一定適用
像我們單位上級就說這早會內容對我們這單位沒意義 但是是規定
所以必須得坐在那
所以想請問一下大家
在辦公室 有沒有什麼可以坐著練肌肉 又不會太顯眼的活動
練哪都沒關係
我旁邊的那個是每天背單字 我後面的那個是開平板看四大報…
時間大約半小時到四十五分鐘…
希望能有什麼好活動來好好利用… 感謝大家~
