從今年三月開始上飛輪到現在
雖然每周一堂而已,但也上好一陣子了
覺得流流汗挺不錯的
大概上兩三個月以後明顯感覺大腿變有力了
因為爬樓梯完全不覺得需要用力
很輕快的感覺
但是我有個小疑問
為什麼我從上課到現在從來不覺得大腿會痠?
雖然我知道沒有酸應該還是有運動到
只是這樣是否強度不夠?
如果要再更進階是不是應該要調整到感覺有一點吃力的阻力比較好?
很久以前愛玩排球,雖然打得不好,但連續對牆低手一兩百下不是問題
該不會是以前大腿就練過的關係吧XDDDD
