寫這篇文章前有點猶豫,畢竟自己不是專業的慢跑者,什麼長跑馬拉松從不曾參加過,
純粹為了身材、健康,跑出興趣後,想跟大家分享一些~我每次慢跑一定會使用到的好用
配備!
考量每個人慢跑習慣不同,
從跑步的環境地點、時間長短、速度快慢等,都可能影響你將使用到的慢跑用品,
因此我先報告一下自己的慢跑習慣如下:
▌慢跑資歷:從今年6月初開始跑,每個禮拜跑1~3次,一直到到9月中左右停止
▌慢跑地點:住家附近的學校操場
▌慢跑里程:每次5~6公里 (約花40分鐘)
▌慢跑時段:傍晚5:30過後
▌慢跑時最注重的事情:防曬、慢跑後拉筋
▌慢跑帶來的減重效果:搭配戒掉消夜,體重從60kg降到目前54kg (身高167cm)

上文有提到我跑步時,最注重遮陽防曬,
曬不曬黑其次 (其實也很在意啦 嘖嘖),主要是為了保護自己的痘痘敏感肌,減少日曬造
成的發炎泛紅現象,
夏天就算傍晚5、6點過後,日落中的太陽依然不可小覷。
直到最近入秋了,我依然保持著戴慢跑帽跑步的習慣,
一來可以減少頭部受風感冒,二來可以降低飛沙跑入眼睛的風險 (跑步時有速度,飛沙撞
進眼睛真的超痛)。
美津濃這款慢跑帽標榜吸汗速乾,滿滿都是透氣孔,非常適合冒汗人,
帽子主體的部分柔軟好收藏,不佔空間,又好清洗。

一開始接觸跑步時,我穿的是一般布鞋,就是日常出遊穿好看的那種鞋款,
天啊現在想想我怎麼可以這樣虐待自己的腳和膝蓋,難怪跑起步來砰砰響,沉重又有負擔
。
如果有計畫長期跑步,真的不要省荷包,跑步一定要穿專門的慢跑鞋,
雖然穿慢跑鞋不代表就能免除所有運動傷害,但至少能多一道保護。
人生中第一次購入的慢跑鞋,是New Balance這雙輕量跑鞋,
不知道是不是我之前都穿錯誤的鞋款跑步,
第一次穿上它慢跑後,覺 得 超 好 跑 的!!!
當初在門市試穿時,就覺得鞋體重量非非非非~常輕,
鞋底接觸到地面後,我個人覺得回彈力很足夠,二話不說馬上掏腰包帶回家。
實際慢跑5~6公里時,過程非常舒適,沒有得挑剔的地方。

Shock Absorber應該不用多解釋了,我也是爬文後才知道它那麼受女性歡迎,
英國官網上的3D動畫,告訴你不管大胸小胸,跑步時都有一定的晃動幅度,足以影響跑步
時的專注力及舒適感。
我入手的是Shock Absorber跑步甜心系列,屬於高強度支撐款,
雖然個人是沒有大胸部的困擾啦 (菸),
但還是有差!!比起你穿一般內在美跑步,Shock Absorber 5044BL降低晃動感的效果非
常明顯。
網路上介紹Shock Absorber的文章其實已經很多了,我就不贅述,
但這邊有個經驗想和大家分享,
英國尺碼很難抓,即便照著尺寸建議表挑選,都可能有誤差,
且每個人胸型不同,習慣穿的鬆緊程度也不同,
假設台灣專櫃內衣平常穿32D的人,換成Shock Absorber後,每個人適合的尺碼也未必一
樣,
如果你沒有把握一次就挑對尺寸,非常建議直接去Shock Absorber櫃點試穿 (假設你離櫃
點近的話),
我最後在板橋大遠百的櫃點購買,入手尺碼跟一開始心裡預想的 (有看了尺寸建議表後)
,果然差了十萬八千里,
要是用網路買,不知道要換貨幾次了。

SPIbelt 腰包在PPT上也不少人討論,小小一個腰袋就能撐出魔術空間,裝手機、鑰匙等
。
我的手機是Samsung Galaxy Note 2,算大螢幕,
保險起見當初直接就買了加大款,手機塞進去再加上鑰匙等小物,也是剛剛好而已,如果
買一般款應該就裝不下了,
不過真要認真說,袋子的伸縮範圍已經算大了,沒放東西時又扁扁一條不占空間好收納。
腰包繫在腰上的舒適感算中等,畢竟有個異物在肚子那,
如果繫不夠緊會有晃動感,繫太緊又嫌勒肚子,
到後來我索性都不繫在腰部了,而是將腰包纏繞在手腕後握住,也是挺好用。
※慢跑襪 - PUMA 運動襪
Costco購入的PUMA運動襪,印象中6雙一組300元左右,也稱得上經濟實惠,
它的厚度對我跑短距離來說,相當足夠了,
穿了幾個月,也還沒被腳指甲刺破^^:
※回想起一開始接觸慢跑,光是跑國中操場一圈都覺得要昏厥了,
後來才慢慢進步到可以連續十圈十圈的跑,
雖然長跑馬拉松選手隨便一個就可以把我打趴XDD
但也算是突破了自己的極限。
然後我真的很羨慕加完班之後還能慢跑的朋友耶!
由於我居住在偏郊區,晚上若沒有人陪跑是很恐怖的一件事,
所以只能在沒加班的情況下,在太陽未下山之際趕快殺到國中操場跑,
有時候比較晚到,跑沒2公里國中操場就要關門了@@
有在慢跑的女性朋友,周末以外的時間,都是如何運用時間跑步的呢?
最後附上今年慢跑前後的對比照,
我一直都算中等身材,體重大約都維持在53kg~55kg上下,
實在是今年新婚後吃太幸福了,直飆60kg...也是開始慢跑的主要原因。
此次慢跑成果,個人比較滿意是腿部 (慢跑後都有認真拉筋),
但因為都只有跑步,沒有搭配肌肉訓練,所以整體身材緊實度仍有很大的努力空間~!!!

↓這是今年10月底 - 54kg (從今年6月初跑到9月中停止,每周1~3次)
