各位前輩好
最近疫情影響
暫時還不想進健身房訓練
目前打算購入壺鈴自己玩一下
此前沒有接觸壺鈴的經驗
雖然想要以爆發力訓練為目標
但是也不敢一下就買太重的
之前測試硬舉大約在160公斤左右
深蹲大概135
打算先買24公斤的壺鈴開始練習
這樣的重量不知是否合適呢?
