夏日運動濕疹問題 - 健身

不知道板上有沒有人遇到跟我一樣的問題,
開始進行減肥計畫四個多月以來,
除了剛開始第一個月用了錯誤方法外,
後來的過程都還算順利沒遇到什麼麻煩,
唯一的問題.....就是運動流汗造成的濕疹....
我從小就是過敏體質, 然後又非常容易流汗,
一到夏天又濕又熱的天氣或是季節交替時, 就很容易長了一身濕疹。
年輕的時候還好, 隨著年紀的增長, 問題出現的頻率越來越高。
前陣子四到六月的天氣還算涼爽, 所以還沒遇到這問題,
進入七月後, 天氣變得爆熱, 加上台北國地形的緣故, 更加悶濕不舒服,
每天都固定流兩個小時的汗, 結果就是長了滿身濕疹....
目前的解決辦法就是每1~2週就去附近診所報到, 打抗過敏的針,
效果雖然是很好, 而且醫生也說沒副作用, 可是感覺這不是長期之道,
而且打完針沒幾天免疫系統就又開始作怪了.....
不知道有沒有人運動也有遇到類似的問題, 能否指點一下?
我想了幾個方法, 可是實行上似乎....
1.停止減肥, 開始放暑假, 等秋冬再繼續.....
2.搬到中南部
3.躲在冷氣房裡運動
4.運動項目改成游泳
1和2當然是不可能,
3的話....我就算是躲在健身房裡吹冷氣運動, 只要一動起來一樣是狂流汗,
況且運動沒流汗, 好像就感覺不到有在運動;
4的話, 似乎是可行的方式, 不過連續泡在消毒藥水的池水裡一兩個小時,
不知道會不會變成另外一種引起濕疹的因素?
