最近剛放結訓假,大抽抽到金門
下部隊聽說自己的時間就會比較多
想詢問如何做自主訓練,在無器材的情況下
在新訓單位時,只利用休息時間加強伏地體身
目前想到的是伏地體身、仰臥起坐、腹部運動(電腦人)
還有單槓可以使用(引體而上)
如果要加強二頭肌和胸肌、腹肌的運動
在無設備,只有單槓的話
有什麼方式可以達到健身的效果
