大家好!
我是一位女生,目前在健身工廠有註冊會員
目前我的目標是增肌減脂,但是本身自己對正確的健身方式
還有飲食方法並沒有太專業的了解
自主運動已經很長一段時間
但效果不如預期,健身房的教練課程對於我來說
又過於昂貴,所以希望可以找一位教練
可以指導我正確的健身方式以及飲食
當然希望價格上可以親民一些
目前是上班族一般有空的時間大多是五點過後
其他比較詳細的細節可以來信討論
希望可以找到一位適合的教練
