外觀有變化,體重卻無? - 減肥

默默的在這個版潛水了很久
也開始嘗試運動減肥一陣子了
最近有個情況讓我感到有些疑惑,所以想來請教一下大家
在持續的運動2.3個月之後,外觀已經有顯著的變化,我的體重原本是61,體脂肪最高曾
到39%→32.7%
現在的身材外觀大概看起來是五十幾公斤,但體重卻從頭到尾都是61,請問這樣的情況是
為什麼呢?是正常的現象嗎?
我目前已有建立體脂才是正確指標,體重已是浮雲的觀念,但對於這個現象依然感到十分
的疑惑所以想討論一下,謝謝大家。
另外,每次我只要聽到有人說:「減肥減不下來有時候是因為基因會遺傳天生就有很難減
的胖體質」就會非常的生氣,因為我覺得根本沒有天生難減,減不下來的胖體質這種話(
除非生病)
請問我這個火是發的正確的嗎?還是只是我知識不足呢?
