體脂率:20.5%(每天早上都會量這是最近兩天的數字)

三餐內容
早餐:火腿吐司+蛋+起司、豆漿
午餐:小7的便當,大都是麻婆豆腐燴飯(約500~600大卡)
晚餐:鹹水雞(固定都是去皮雞胸肉+3樣蔬菜不加香油)
其他:(可免填)
日常作息時間:PM11:30~12:00睡 AM7:00~7:30起
生活型態:上班族
減肥方式:週一~週五:1.床上做划船動作50下
2.早上爬樓梯上班(10層)
3.去公司倉庫拉單槓(正手5下*2 反手5下*2)
4.下班前再做一次單槓(正手5下*2 反手5下*2)
5.下班後飽操場40分鐘(不知道心跳數有沒有130)
問題陳述:我大約一年前開始減肥,有默默先在板上做功課然後自己努力,
減肥前的數值大約是73KG體脂25~26%,現在目前已經到了我的目
標體重,現在打算以減脂的目標來前進,但是目前的狀況就是體
脂一直都沒有辦法降低數值,不知道是不是跟我不想減重所以吃
的沒有比較少有關係(原本減重時期的晚餐是指吃茶葉蛋白*4),
想請問像我這種只能外食的上班族有沒有什麼地方可以改善,好
突破體脂降不下來的撞牆期(目標是15%左右)?感謝指導。
