早餐:通常是在八點多的時候,
最近的常吃是apple203的火烤豬肉堡一份或洪瑞珍的火腿三明治兩個
通常沒有搭配飲料,只有喝白開水
午餐:通常是在十二點左右,
以自助餐為主,
通常是一碗白飯,加上五種菜,
每一種的份量大概是那種外賣便當盒裡面的小格(魚除外),
五種的內容通常是水煮肉淋醬油、蒸的或煎的魚一份、
一種青菜、一種菇類(秀珍菇或杏鮑菇)、炒的筍或滷白菜或蕃茄蛋,
沒有喝湯或飲料,一樣是喝白開水
下午:因為晚上要游泳,所以通常在4點多時會吃點東西,
有時候是一小包蘇打餅,有時候是一個洪瑞珍的火腿三明治
有時候是一根香蕉,有時候是7-11的魚豆腐一個....
晚餐:通常是在晚上八點多......>"<
一罐7-11的無糖高纖豆漿(這個會先喝),
加上鹹水雞的高麗菜、龍鬚菜、豆乾、雞屁股各一份,
(不加蒜不加辣也不加香油)

假日的話,通常睡到中午,通常只吃兩餐....
第一餐早午餐吃的通常是三明治或麵包,會搭配7-11的波蜜果菜汁,
或是兩顆肉圓搭配一份肉羹(湯)....

第二餐晚餐通常吃的是親子凍(打不出井加一點),搭一份香菇羹,
再喝一瓶全家的鋁箔包的立頓奶茶....
下午肚子餓會吃餅乾(龍蝦餅或起士餅乾)或水果(蕃茄、芭樂、木瓜)
其他:飲水量大概2000~3000cc不一定,
但很愛上廁所....囧
排便很正常?應該說過度了?
醫生說我有腸躁症,每天都大很多,也都很順暢?
而且,容易拉肚子.....

日常作息時間:週一到週五早上7~8點起床,晚上12點~2點左右入睡,
週末中午11~12點起床,晚上1點~3點左右入睡,
睡眠品質不好,容易做夢,最近在吃中藥調理身體....
生活型態:老師,早上八點到校,若無特殊狀況,可在下午五點離開
運動習慣:最近在學游泳,變得很好入睡,睡眠品質也有好一點?
時間是週一到週五下午五點半開始練習到七點多
通常有一個多小時很奮力的在水中"溺水"?XD
一開始練習動作時是手痠腳酸腰痠,
目前稍微可以游出去了,變得氣喘吁吁?
我的問題:想把體重和體脂讓它一直下降到正常,
這樣的生活型態加運動,大概維持了三個多星期,
體重和體脂完全沒有任何變化!

目前的運動大概就是學游泳(自由式),短時間不會改變,
想確認的是飲食上有無大問題?
o(⊙◇⊙)o
尤其是,游完泳後,可以吃晚餐的時間都已超過八點,
都會確定離開泳池一個小時後再進食,但這樣會不會還是易胖?

而且有時候還十二點就就寢了,這樣會不會對身體不好?
有嘗試過不吃,只喝一瓶無糖高纖豆漿,
但當天餓得非常非常得難受,讓我超級想大吃的(雖然沒有)

雖然爬過文,但高手們幾乎都游很多再吃,
但以初學者的身分,運動量不知夠不夠?很怕吃太多了.....
真的很擔心,麻煩各位高手解答....感謝大家!
