剛才在某書店的廣告看到了文案和試閱
是一本感覺擺明就是偏方大雜匯
但是卻有許多健身協會和運動員推薦又有醫生參與實驗的身體訓練指南
試閱內容和幾個主打條目如下

我最有疑慮的是關於低醣減肥法和冰袋提高減脂率的部分
看他公佈的內容
一星期有六天是處在攝取熱量低於基代的狀況
但卻又一天可以大吃大喝,而且還說明原因是可以提高代謝率?
只要有一天休息日就能提高代謝率??(完全不懂)
這樣難道不會適得其反變胖嗎?
另外也建議攝取富含蛋白質的"快速去脂"食物
但是這種減肥法,根據置底文,應該是增加了飽足感,減脂能力反而下降了吧?
我最疑惑的是如果說這些理論並不是健康的管道,
為什麼會有那一長串資深教練運動員理事長blabla的背書...
