多功能仰臥背板建議長度 - 健身

最近有需求要買多功能仰臥背板
這款是比較吸引我的 又可做仰臥也可以抬腿

但長度只有62cm
請問一下我163cm 用這板子會不會頭"摳"到地板阿= =
或是建議我直接買長板的呢?
運動量 -每天需要做300下
